Day 1 - Travel Day
5:00 AM comes early after a long night of last minute packing! We left the church for DFW airport well before dark (that's daylight savings time!) and beelined it for Bucc-ee's.
The flight was smooth until just before landing when, it felt like we were driving 200 mph down a country road, but we are on the ground and in the hotel. We used this evening as an opportunity to get some food, take a quick visit to the World Trade Center, and get some much needed rest.

We are looking forward to worshipping with Neighborhood Church at the same time that you will be worship with our FBC family. It's something that we all know...their are churches across the world meeting to worship King Jesus, but it's cool to be in another church while you know your home church is worshipping at the same time!
Thank you for your prayers! Today went very smoothly and we are grateful that God allowed that to happen. We know adversity is coming and we hope to be ready when that happens.
